We’ve refined our workflow to be as hands-off for the organizer as possible:
How many porta potties are needed for an event?
As a general rule, we recommend one unit for every 75–100 guests for an 8-hour event. If alcohol is being served, we suggest increasing that count by 15–20%.
How early should I book my rentals?
For peak event seasons in Port Townsend, WA, we recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred unit types are available.
Are luxury units available for high-end gatherings?
Yes, we offer premium units and trailers that feature enhanced amenities specifically for weddings and corporate events.
Can I include handwashing stations with my rental?
Absolutely. We highly recommend pairing every cluster of toilets with at least one handwashing station to support public health and guest comfort.
One of the most overlooked aspects of event planning is "flow." Placing your portable restroom rental units in a single far-off corner often leads to long lines and frustrated guests. To improve comfort at your Port Townsend, WA gathering, consider "pocket" placements—small clusters of units located near high-traffic areas like food courts or secondary stages.
Additionally, always consider the terrain. Ensure your units are placed on level, solid ground to prevent tipping and to ensure ease of access for servicing trucks. By planning for accessibility and volume early, you ensure that your event remains focused on the fun, not the facilities.
